We do not act as a letting agent or property manager.
Our role is limited to introducing suitable parties and facilitating initial contact.

We:
- Introduce prospective tenants to landlords
- Pre-screen basic requirements (employment, affordability, move-in date)
- Arrange initial contact between landlord and tenant
We do NOT:
- Conduct referencing
- Negotiate tenancy terms
- Collect deposits or rent
- Draft tenancy agreements
- Manage properties
The landlord retains full responsibility for:
- Tenant referencing
- Tenancy agreement
- Deposit protection compliance
- Legal obligations under housing law
🔹 For Tenants
We:
- Introduce you to landlords with suitable properties
- Share your details (with consent)
We do NOT:
- Guarantee property availability
- Represent landlords
- Negotiate rent
- Handle payments
All tenancy arrangements are agreed directly between landlord and tenant.
