Our role is limited to introducing suitable parties and facilitating initial contact.

We:

  • Introduce prospective tenants to landlords
  • Pre-screen basic requirements (employment, affordability, move-in date)
  • Arrange initial contact between landlord and tenant

We do NOT:

  • Conduct referencing
  • Negotiate tenancy terms
  • Collect deposits or rent
  • Draft tenancy agreements
  • Manage properties

The landlord retains full responsibility for:

  • Tenant referencing
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Deposit protection compliance
  • Legal obligations under housing law

🔹 For Tenants

We:

  • Introduce you to landlords with suitable properties
  • Share your details (with consent)

We do NOT:

  • Guarantee property availability
  • Represent landlords
  • Negotiate rent
  • Handle payments

All tenancy arrangements are agreed directly between landlord and tenant.

2. You Stay Fully in Control

You remain completely in control of every decision. You choose whether to proceed, negotiate directly, and decide which professional advisers to appoint.

3. Independent Legal Representation

For your protection and peace of mind, you will appoint your own independent solicitor to carry out:

  • Legal due diligence
  • Contract review
  • Searches and compliance checks
  • Handling of funds and completion

We do not handle client money or legal documentation.

4. Transparent Process

We are committed to a clear and transparent introduction process. All transactions take place directly between you, the seller, and your chosen professional advisers.
